What is favicon?
A favicon (short for 'favorites icon'), are litle icons associated with a particular website or webpage, shown next to the site's name in the URL bar of most browsers.
Step1:-Select your image which you want to use as favicon --Then go to http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/-/replay/
Step2:-Upload your image If you want to use Animation effect of text to your Favicon then add the text(generally your blog name) in the second Text box
Step3:-Download your Favicon
Step4:-Upload it to blogger if it is jpg , if it is .Gif file then upload it to www.photobucket.com
Step5:-copy the link location(Address of Favicon located)
Step6:-Go to Blogger "Lay out">>Edit Html
Search for(Ctrl+F) following code
<title><data :blog.pageTitle/></title>
Step7:-Paste the following code Just below title tag...after replacing the existing link with your favicon location url

<link href='http://www.iconj.com/ico/j/6/j6d37vln6x.ico' rel='icon'/>
Note:-Blue colored link should be replaced with your Favicon url
