Hi,
Giving Link to your blog from another Blog's comment box is simple.
Just normally type the text you want to comment, add Href link before your blog link
as <a href=" the URL of the blog ">Text you want to show</a>

If you want to use your blog name as Text then write your blog name and add Href tag before that.

Ex:-
your blog is very nice Please see my blog to add some special effects. <a href=" http://demo4blogger.blogspot.com/ ">Tutorial for New Bloggers</a>

OR

your blog is very nice Please see my blog to add some special effects.<a href=" http://demo4blogger.blogspot.com/ ">http://demo4blogger.blogspot.com</a>
