Step1:-
First upload your file...it may be an image/song/video etc to free file host services like www.filefactory.com, www.mediafire.com or www.pages.google.com

Step2:-
copy the link location of your file.

Step3:-
Just replace the address of file located with your file location from the following code. And paste the modified code wherever you want to give "Download link".

If you want to give download link along with image then first upload the image to your blogger post...copy the address and modify the address as follows.
